We ship boxes every other month. January 15, March 15, May 15, July 15, September 15, & November 15.
We use common carriers, which can be as fast as a couple days, but can take up to a week depending on how far away from New Mexico you are. 

Should you be dissatisfied with your box, please return it in full to us, and we will be happy to issue you a full refund. 

You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the original sign in and password you created when you signed up. If you need help remembering, we’d be happy to email you a reset code. We can even handle the cancellation from our end entirely, if you send us an email hello@farrierbox.com
